Shihan
Ellis, 8th Dan, has trained in the martial arts for nearly 35 years.. He
has devoted over 25 years to perfecting and teaching the martial arts.
In keeping with traditional martial arts
instruction, his quest for physical mastery has gone hand-in-hand with
his pursuit of intellectual excellence. He is an International Coach and
Referee with the USA Karate Federation and is the Director of the Travel
Committee and the Junior Athlete Program. He is also an International
Referee for the Ju-Jitsu International Federation (JJIF) , an
international representative for the US Ju-Jitsu Federation (USJJF) and
Treasurer of the North American Ju-Jitsu Union (NAJJU).
He holds High Dan Black Belts in Karate,
Taekwondo, Ju-Jitsu, Kobudo, Kung Fu, and is ranked in Kodokan Judo.
Shihan Jeff Ellis operates the International Karate Centers and teaches
Karate and Ju-Jitsu at the Baldwin Wallace Physical Education Faculty.
