Comments by the winner
I am very happy to be able to win, following my previous victory in the Combat at the European Championship.
This gold medal is especially significant for me because Japan is the country of origin for Jujutsu.

Comments by the winner
The final was a tough match. But thanks to the support of my coach and staff, I was able to win. I guess a divine wind was blowing. I'm not a pro. I play Ju-Jitsu not for the gold medal but because I love this sport. I am convinced that playing this sport is a noble thing.

Comments by the winner
Ever since I came to Japan, last year, I wanted to win in this World Games.
Since this was my last game, I am really happy that I was able to win in my last match.
I am also happy to win in a discipline which has long been won by French athletes.

My victory in this match is a revenge because I came in the second place in the European Championship last year due to the referee's misjudgement.
I am especially happy to defeat the Spanish athlete who defeated me at that time.

I did not expect to win as I have not done enough practicing.
I used to play Judo before, and I am so happy to win Ju-Jitsu in Japan because Japan is a birth place for Judo and Ju-Jitsu.

As Kamal said, this game was a revenge match for the defeat in the Combat at the European Championship. There was a long time of not being able to win the game although I wanted to win so badly.
So I'm very happy to win today. This gold Medal is especially significant for me because Japan is the country of origin for Jujutsu.

Comments by the winner
We are tired but very happy. We are satisfied to have won in the Mix Duo in the World Games.
We think judges highly evaluated our speed and sharpness in technique and powerful fist technique.
We believe that Ju-Jitsu is the only perfect martial art that includes all the decisive techniques such as fist, throws, choking techniques.
